We put up the tree, and with gingerbread cookies on it as well the aroma is wonderful.
Soo... oh yea I also found a group for North Carolina artists (as you may have already seen the avatar for in my deviation list). Seems like there are some really good ones out there in the Tar Heel State Anyway, they ask us to promote them by putting their icon at the bottom of our journals, so here goes:

Hey everyone out there in internetland who's still watching me waiting for signs of life. How's things? I hope they're well. I just logged on for the first time in umpteen months, and decided I'd let whoever wanted to read know what's going on. I'm at DeVry University now, studying for Small Business. It's a great school and I highly recommend it. I'm currently working on my English final due tomorrow, so it's been classwork that took up my time recently, but I'll be honest and inform whoever it was general laziness that I didn't log on for awhile. First day at the new job.
Finally got my first training day at Tacho Bella, and it was a pretty good one. No big mistakes, and the people helped me balance the workflow. Of course, all I was doing was putting the finishing touches on the meals, but I did get to bring the meals to the customers, so now I'm the second face of customer relations after the cashier :dance:
And for some reason, I can't get my photos to upload. :shrug: I'm hoping I'll catch a break soon.
Boy, when your pirated connection goes dead....
... for a couple days, you miss a lot, a lot being 37 new deviations and 14 total messages. Phreakin' wow. But with any luck, I'll be able to afford a dedicated connection soon rather than piggybacking my neighbor's. I also suddenly got the idea for a doodle about a "connection pirate," which will be useful since I'm going to the DMV today.
In other news, my brother should be able to fix the camera soon. He has to order a new screen from eBay (Yea, they really do have everything), and of course install it, but with any luck I won't be taking blind photos anymore! :w00t:
